These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations between Clean Berry and our valued customers.
By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Services Offered

CleanBerry Services provides professional cleaning solutions including residential cleaning, deep cleaning, commercial cleaning (hospitals, factories, showrooms, offices), sofa & chair cleaning, façade cleaning, carpet cleaning, and waterless car wash.

2. Service Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via phone, website, or email.
  • Confirmation of service will be provided after scheduling and advance payment (if applicable).

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are subject to the scope of work, area size, and type of cleaning.
  • All invoices will include 18% GST as per Government of India regulations.
  • Payments must be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or online mode before/after completion as agreed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to service are eligible for rescheduling.
  • Last-minute cancellations may attract a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost.

5. Service Warranty

  • CleanBerry ensures quality service.
  • Any service-related complaint must be reported within 24 hours of job completion.
  • We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, damage due to previous negligence, or structural defects.

6. Liability

CleanBerry is not responsible for damages arising from pre-existing conditions of furniture, fabric, glass, or building façade. Clients are requested to secure valuables before cleaning.

7. Force Majeure

CleanBerry is not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions).

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur courts.
